My Bio
I've recently got into using Rainmeter www.rainmeter.net as a desktop customization tool. So far I'm really enjoying it, getting to learn something new and evolving.

I'm pretty beginner on this at the moment, so any help through comments or notes on my work would be good. I'm quite happy to upload files for others to use but I'm still figuring out how to get them just right before release.
So it's all been ticking along nicely with the Rainmeter learning. As you can see I've posted a few things up, but I've hit a slight snag in the fact I don't know how to export these as a .rmskin pack?  If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated. However, in the hiatus I've been reading up on the Web Parser and managed to use what I've learnt from the RSS Feeds tutorial to create a skin that  collects the Barclays Premier League table from the BBC website.  The RegExp business made the whole thing a bit messy but I've managed to persever and create a top 5 table displaying the amount of played games, goals difference and po

So the theme I dubbed The Code V1.1 is good enough for my ambitions with that theme for the moment.  It's still got more that I can do to it, as I have stated in the comments, but right now I'd like to give that theme a break so I don't wind up losing enthusiasm through overkill. I've moved onto a new concept which I hope I could use the previous code I've picked up to quickly knock this together.

RainMetering

So it begins.  I've just installed RainMeter, fiddled about with a few skins, customised a few settings and download a couple extra skins.  The RainMeter website and community in general is really vibrant and helpful.  I dug into the 101 tutorials and cracked on through the steps.  They were really easy to follow and I think I've quickly grasp the process.  I wouldn't say that I'm confident enough to type the ini's from scratch just yet but I could at least adapt other's codes. Really looking forward to seeing what I could develop and learn from this :)
